		<description>During winter I tend to stick to hot breakfasts - would you recommend porridge as a good way to lose weight and have a good alround healthy breakfast?  I use a low fat milk and eat it plain.  I like the sound of the greek yoghurt, not a fan of almonds though - what would you recommend instead?</description>
