The Secrets to Finding the Most Effective Weight Loss Program for You
Are you desiring to lose weight like I was just a few months ago? If you are, we need to talk. You may be interested in joining a proven weight loss program with the right mix of education, supplements, and support. When it comes to joining an effective weight loss program, you will find there are a number of different options – some good – many bad as I found out.
If this is your first time enrolling into a weight loss program, you may not be sure or even know as to what you should look for in a weight loss program. If that is the case, HOLD ON–you will want to continue reading what I found out.
One of the greatest ways for finding the perfect weight loss program is to ask a number of important questions and you answer them. One of the first questions that you should ask yourself is how much time you have to devote to this weight loss program which may require some time and education.
If you were to join a local weight loss support system, whether it is in a brick and mortar building or a support group who are doing it on their own, you would likely be required to attend either an online webinar or a weekly get together. Whether you are busy with your family or at work, you may not have the additional time that is required to do so. In that case, you should consider joining an online weight loss program with support, as many are often designed for those professionals and moms with busy and hectic schedules.
Another question that you will want to consider when looking to find the perfect weight loss program is your sheer willpower to make it happen. If you decide that you should join an online program, you will be gaining more freedom, to physically report to meetings is nit a requirement and answer to group leaders that you do not know.
While this freedom is cool and great to have, there is a downside. The freedom that you enjoy to not attend weekly meetings has allowed many hopeful people that are looking to lose weight to get off track with their program. If you do not believe that you can stay with your online program goals and required instructions for weight loss, you may want to consider an alternative. Trust me on this one.
Another one of the many possible questions that you may want to ask when looking for a good weight loss program, is how much money is it going to cost you. This one is a biggie. While you can find free weight loss programs everywhere, both locally or online, it is actually when you get down to it, quite rare. In your search, you will find that they have a wide range of membership fees that are included. You probably will find that online programs are cheaper than locally operated weight loss programs or support systems. If you are on a tight monthly budget, the cost of each program you run across should play a big role in making that decision.
You should also ask yourself this question: Are you honestly embarrassed with your current weight today? And or you not feeling that good about your physical appearance? Although you really should not have anything to be ashamed of, you may still feel that way. If that is true, you may be a little hesitant of attending local weight loss meetings. As always, you need to remember that everyone else that is attending those meetings are probably likely feeling the exact same way, but you don’t have to be in any kind of awkward situation. If you are not happy with your appearance– as I was not, or may be concerned about what others may be thinking of you, you may want to really consider joining an online weight loss program instead that has a great program and product to help accelerate the fat burning.

Online Weight Loss Programs: Are They Worth the Bucks?
This is really a pet peeve with me. There are many programs out there that are simply scams and do not work. If you are looking at this, you need to be careful and so your due diligence.
Have you ever considered an online weight loss program before or even looked at one? Online programs are designed to help people, possibly just like you and me, who want to lose weight and lose it bad. I have been there and you may be there now. What is cool about online lose weight programs is that they are online and you can do I from the comfort of your own home and at your convenience, You gotta admit that is nice for those who have busy and hectic schedules with kids, family, church, school and; crazy schedules that may not allow them to be a part of locally operated programs.
If you have never joined an online program before for weight loss, you may be wondering if there is even a right one right for you. You may have looked at many of them and fund nothing that made any sense. That happens a lot. You may even be wondering if an online program is worth putting any money into it. I have some friends that have tried them, and In all honestly, it is typical that online weight loss programs are worth every dime, but, to be real here– it all depends. To make sure that your money is not wasted you will want to make sure that you choose the online program that suites you, fits your needs and goals, is perfect for you and your lifestyle.
When looking at an online weight loss program, you will want to take a serious look at the features and bells and whistles that you will have access to and be a part of. Features are usually known as some kind of membership benefits for joining or membership rewards that come with it. There are many different types of rewards online with these kind of sites. And they all have program features that you have access to that plays a large part in determining whether or not the online weight loss program that you want to join is worth the money. A few of the many online weight loss features or member perks that you will want access to are outlined below.
One of the many features or membership benefits that would make an online weight loss program well worth the cost is that of healthy eating tips. As you likely already know, healthy eating is an important part of any weight loss plan. Many online weight loss programs have healthy eating sections that include easy to make recipes for foods and drinks, as well as shopping tips and much more. As previously stated, healthy eating is an important part of losing weight; therefore, you should look for an online weight loss program that does have a healthy eating or a healthy foods section.
Another feature that would make an online weight loss program more than worth the costs is that of an exercise program. It has been said that exercise and healthy eating are the two most important components of losing weight. You should be able to find an online weight loss program that has an exercise section for you to access. This section may outline workouts that you should try, which may be accompanied by pictures, videos, or at least detailed directions. You may also find charts that outline how many calories are burned with common exercises, and much more.
One feature that you may not necessarily think of, but one that is important, is that of an online message boards or a community section. Community sections are often comprised of online message boards. These sections often allow you to communicate with other online weight loss program members or group leaders. This communication is nice as it may help to give you motivation. You may even find an online weight loss buddy or partner to help you on your journey.
Guaranteed results or free trial periods are another sign that an online weight loss program may be worth the money. Often times, many individuals are unsure as to whether or not they should pay to join an online weight loss program, as they do not know for sure that they will lose weight. A large number of online weight loss programs give you the ability to test out their programs free of charge and then there are others that give you guaranteed results. With guarantees like these, online weight loss programs are more then worth their costs.
The above mentioned points are just a few of the many that may be able to help you decide whether or not joining an online weight loss program is worth the cost. If you are able to find an online weight loss program with a free trial period or even just one with affordable membership rates, you may want to think about giving it a shot.
Super Fast Weight Loss Tips You Can Use
Are you interested in losing some weight or some extra pounds? If you are, are you in a real hurry to do so? Do you need to drop a dress size in a week? While experts agree that you should not rely totally on fast weight loss, also commonly known as rapid weight loss, there are many people who do. If you are interested in losing some weight, and doing it as quickly as possible, you will want to continue reading this post.
One of the best ways that you can go about creating a fast weight loss or rapid weight loss for yourself is by reducing the foods that you eat on a daily basis. When reducing your food consumption, it is important that you only reduce your consumption at a slow pace. Unfortunately, many people who want to obtain quick weight loss believe that they need to stop eating period, even if it is for two or three days. They go on a form of a “weight loss fast.” That is something that you do NOT want to do. Once you start eating food again, you will likely gain every bit of your weight back, it seems it is almost automatic. It is also critical to say that starving yourself is not the greatest thing for your health either.
To go along with reducing what you are eating, it is advised that you dramatically reduce sweets or junk food that you have been eating. For rapid weight loss, you will want to completely get rid of an and all junk food from your diet, even if it is only for a short duration of time. This means that if you are hungry for a snack, you should reach for an apple instead of a chocolate candy bar or a big bag of potato chips. Apples are sweet and have sugar, yet they’re high in fiber so the sugar enters your blood stream much more slowly than chips and candy will which will help to keep your fat burning hormones active while keeping your fat burning hormones suppressed. Sugars from candy and junk food on the other hand will activate your fat storing hormones. So if you want to burn vs. store fat, cut out the sweets and treats! With any kind of sugar candy and other sweets containing a high amount of calories, you could see a good size drop in your calorie consumption, by eliminating them totally from what you eat daily.
Being active and exercising is another great way that you can start achieving quick and effective weight loss. But understand this BIG Deception: exercise does not burn fat, exercise simply triggers your fat-burning hormones to burn fat 24 to 48 hours after the exercise, assuming you do not mess up your exercise benefits with wrong food choices that cause you to store fat! The challenge is, using exercise to achieve fast weight loss can be a little bit tricky. With active exercise, you may not see or experience a significant loss of weight right away. For example, it typically takes most people at least a week or two to start seeing any kind of improvement in their appearance with exercise. With that in mind, the heavier you are, the sooner you may see a drop in your body weight, often quickly.
In keeping with an exercise program to lose weight, exercise is highly beneficial to losing weight, as it helps to limit your caloric count. When you are burning off calories, with the use of exercise, your body is absorbing less calories as a whole. This is what makes it possible for you to start dropping weight and dress sizes and pants sizes. Although your initial thought may be to engage some exercise, as much as possible and right away, you may want to think twice before doing so. If you are not normally physically active, it is best to start out at a slower pace. This should greatly reduce the risk of any injury to you.
Another great way that you may be able to achieve rapid weight loss or rapid weight loss is with the use of a what is called a “cleanse.”. These types of cleanses are often referred to as colon cleanses or weight loss cleanses. Cleanses work by helping to remove toxins and any additional weight, actually waste, from your body. It has been stated that most people have at least seven or eight pounds of unwanted waste material stored somewhere in their bodies. An approved weight loss cleanse program should help catalyze the removal of those toxins from your body.
Should you make a decision to try a colon cleanse program or a weight loss cleanse program, to help you catalyze a fast weight loss, it is important that you first check with a medical professional, and follow the directions given to you. Some cleanses have a very strict diet that they require you to follow. For the most rapid weight loss, you may want to consider liquid cleanses, instead of those that only come in detox pills, as they often produce the quickest and greatest results.
These quick weight loss tips may assist you in achieving some fast weight loss, even if it is only a small weight loss. But understand, , it is important to proceed with caution. While it is very possible for you to achieve your rapid weight loss goal, it can also be negative to you and your health over the long run if continued over a long period of time. Consult a physician before any type of action is taken over a period of time.
Can Losing Weight Too Fast Make You Fatter?
Quick answer: Yes
The experts agree. Losing more than a pound or two a week is a quick fix…not a permanent solution. And the rub is studies have shown that people who listen to the false promises and drop those pounds too rapidly, quickly return to their original weight… and more. Here are more reasons than you’ll need in order to take a sensible approach to weight loss:
- Rapid weight loss is mostly water. Your body is 70% water, so it’s easy to lose weight quickly if you deprive your body of the nourishment it needs. Any diet that dehydrates you will create quick, dramatic weight loss…but not for long!
- Lose weight too fast and you slow your metabolism. When you skip meals or crash diet, your body is programmed to think it’s starving and slows your metabolism to conserve energy. After all, our bodies are designed to help us survive when it thinks it’s being starved.
- Lose weight fast and you’ll lose muscle. The fact is if you lose weight too quickly, you lose muscle mass along with fat. Less muscle. More fat. Not a pretty picture!
- Muscle burns more calories than fat. Which means that the more muscle you have the more calories you burn, even when you’re not exercising. Fast weight loss plays a trick on you by limiting your body’s ability to burn calories.
- Crash dieting is dangerous to your health. Eat too little or eliminate a food group or two and you’re playing with fire. Here are just 3 of the reasons why:
- Loose Skin. If you shed weight too quickly, your skin does not have time to shrink to your new body dimensions. The only effective treatment for loose skin is surgery.
- Gallstones. Studies have shown that people who lose weight quickly, have a greater risk of developing gallstones.
- Lack of energy and illness. Depending on the crash diet there are a host of other complications including lack of energy and nausea for those who cut out carbs and a general feeling of ill health and lack of energy as you deprive your body of good nutrition.
This is what your doctor would tell you. Think long-term and you can be slim for a lifetime. Consider this: if you only lost 2 pounds a week, you could be 20 pounds thinner in less than 3 months. 40+ pounds in 6 months. Don’t take chances with your health and don’t, for goodness sakes, kid yourself that you can fight nature, beat the odds, and do what the body was not designed to do.
The Awful Truth About Prepackaged Diet Meals.
If you’re trying to lose weight by counting calories, you may think you’re being smart by buying prepackaged diet meals from the supermarket or through a delivery service.
Think again.
What price are you paying for convenience?
Sure, there is a lot to be said about not having to fuss but are these foods actually bad for you? You need to read those labels and make sure that what you are putting into your body is actually healthy. Here are some warning signs:
1. TOO MUCH SODIUM
The average adult needs less than 2400 mg of sodium per day, but some prepackaged diet meals contain a whole day’s worth of sodium. Because these meals restrict a bunch of tasty ingredients (fat, for instance), they “give it more flavor” with… you guessed it… salt. However, too much sodium leads to excess water retention, and has been blamed for high blood pressure and a host of other problems. The key is reading that label and seeing just how much sodium is in one serving.
2. CHEMICALS TOO
Prepackaged foods are typically loaded with different preservatives and some of them can be harmful, especially if you have a sensitity. MSG is probably the biggest offender and it has been blamed for everything from weight gain, to migraines and increased blood pressure.
3.MORE TO WATCH OUT FOR
Check the labels for other common names such as autolyzed yeast and disodium guaylonlate. This is a cheaper form of MSG, but it contains the same makeup. BHT is another common preservative and that can be found in a wide variety of prepackaged meals. In those that are sensitive to this additive, it may cause vertigo and other health issues.
COMMON SENSE ADVICE FROM WeightLossReality.com.
You’ve made the decision to do something great for your body – and that is, to lose weight. Why not also feed your body fresh food? Make it convenient for yourself. Cut up and store a week’s worth of veggies in the fridge. Then just steam them as needed. Cook up a large amount of brown rice and microwave a scoop when you need it. Broil chicken breasts or lean beef patties. Keep lots of fresh fruit handy. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated or time consuming. And just think how much better you’ll look and feel!
Is it a Fad Diet? What to watch out for…
Plain and simple: A weight loss program that doesn’t require you to make changes in your lifestyle is a fad diet!
Permanent weight-loss requires making new decisions. Remember the old adage – “The definition of madness is doing things in the same old way and expecting different results.” Any program that tells you can lose weight without eating less or doing moderate exercise is just trying to sell you something. You don’t need to buy special foods, omit food groups, join a support group or buy magnets in order to lose weight.
If it sounds too good to be true (you know the rest)…You can’t expect the calories to melt off of your body. If the product or expert makes overblown promises, run!
Remember, there is no quick fix for long-term weight loss (that’s just the fact!) Any weight loss program that makes outrageous claims is a fad diet. If they say that you can lose 20 pounds in 10 days, obviously, you’re not being told the truth. And worst of all, you could be negatively impacting your health by going to unproven, extreme measures.
Look at the cost of the diet plan. A program that requires you to buy expensive special diet foods or special equipment is a fad diet. Prepared meals may take the guesswork out of it for you, but they are often dull, contain more sodium and don’t contain any fresh foods.
Eat all 5 food groups, just like your nutrition teacher told you. Any weight loss program that requires you to omit food groups, like carbs, is a fad diet. A healthy diet consists of high-quality carbs, fruits and vegetables and lean proteins. For a lifestyle plan to work you should be able to eat everything in moderation.
Think of the people you know who maintain their weight year after year. What are they doing that’s different from what you’re doing? Chances are they’re eating in moderation (even splurging here and there), getting physical exercise (even a brisk walk in the park) and never turn to false promises as a way to keep slim.
If this sounded a bit like a lecture, maybe it is. At WeightLossReality.com, we want you to finally know what’s true and what’s fiction so you can make smart decisions that impact not just how you look or what size jeans you wear…but help you live a long, healthy, vibrant life.
Are You Getting Rid of Fat, or Just Losing Weight?
THE REALITY:
Two people can have the exact same height and weight, but very different percentages of body fat. One could be in excellent health with a lean and impressive body…yet the other could be in poor health with a soft and flabby body.
THE REALITY: As we age, we tend to gain fat around our organs (“visceral fat”) that can’t be detected by measuring “skin folds” or even with a scale.
THE REALITY: Your bathroom scale can’t tell the whole story either. Some people may think they are overweight, when the amount of fat they have on their bodies is just fine, while others may carry this hidden fat that the scale won’t tell them about. Controlling excessive fat is not just a matter of appearance, it’s a huge health factor.
Bad advice is everywhere. Be on your guard.
Too many diet plans, diet products, magazine articles and books focus solely on dropping pounds. Our advice: Forget about this obsession with trying to lower the number on the scale as fast as possible, and focus more on steadily eliminating excess fat from your body.
Your overall body weight is made up of various different components, such as body fat, muscle tissue, water and glycogen. The haphazard approach of simply aiming to “lose weight” is incredibly misguided as it does not take these specific types of body weight into account.
In order to achieve your goal of a lean, energetic and healthy body, focus on getting rid of the excessive amounts of “bad” body weight while maintaining as much “good” body weight as you can. Structure your “weight loss” approach in such a way that you aim to gradually reduce your body fat levels while keeping your lean muscle tissue levels in tact. This is the ONLY realistic way to burn fat, keep it off over the long run, and achieve the kind of lean appearance that you strive for.
Crash dieting is not just temporary…it’s a sure way for your body to store more fat over the long-term
Those who simply place themselves on “crash diets” and attempt to drop large amounts of body weight over short periods of time are inevitably doomed to fail. Such an approach places the body into a starved state and actually programs you to store more fat over the long run. The body will react to severe calorie deficits by slowing down the metabolism in an attempt to conserve energy, wasting away lean muscle mass, and increasing the production of hormones that inhibit fat loss. The end result is an unhealthy, out of shape body that, while being temporarily “lighter” than it was before, has now been programmed to store fat and will inevitably end up returning back to its original weight and more.
How to Lose Weight On Your Thighs
Saddle bags. Thunder Thighs. Cottage Cheese.
These terms are traumatic to think about. If that is what you see when you look in the mirror, you’re probably only making things worse by declaring to yourself how “fat” you are. The Power of life and death are in your tongue. While the majority of overweight people are concerned about belly fat, the hips and thighs zone poses its own special weight loss challenges.
If your legs are out of proportion with the rest of you, I’m sure it doesn’t make you feel any better that even a beautiful armenian reality star celebrity was recently on the cover of Life and Style magazine where she was quoted as saying something like, “Yeah, I have cellulite, so what!” The reality is, stars can do something about cellulite and oversized thighs, and so can you.
I have good news for you, and it might take you a few minutes to even believe in this possibility, but you can trim and reshape your thighs and lose the excess lumps and bumps. I’m serious. I promise. If you are the body type that carries excess fat and weight through your hips, buttocks, and thighs your problem may not be as simple as diet and exercise. The surgeons might suggest liposuction to vaccuum the fat from those areas only to cause so much trauma that you end up with more cellulite on the surface of your skin, not to mention the thousands of dollars they’ll charge, oh and the life-risking anesthesia.
I can share this with authority from personal experience as I have recently lost over 4 inches from each of my thighs. Seriously! Someday I might even show you pictures. But here’s the deal… your thigh issues aren’t so much about the exercise you do or don’t do, but they are more the result of the hormones your body is producing and worse yet, the hormones you are likely consuming in your meat and dairy and even plant estrogens from soy products. And did you know that when you have fat accumulation as a result of excess estrogen, that your own fat cells begin to manufacture even more estrogen? The more you have, the more you become an out of control estrogen factory! Did I mention that estrogen is a fat storing hormone?
So, girls with cellulite have too much estrogen floating around in their system which makes it difficult to lose weight on their thighs. That estrogen is causing fat to accumulate on the surface of your skin. Bummer. But the good news is you can start by detoxing the estrogen in your system with food and supplements. I’ll get to that info in a moment.
If the above describes your body, then you have an even bigger thing to be concerned about: this excess estrogen build up in your system is so toxic that it can make you more at risk for breast cancer than those who do not have this issue. So even if you like your curves, like curvy Kim claims to, you should still be aware of the consequences and the potential threat of excess estrogen, especially from external sources of estrogen. I call it “counterfeit estrogen.”
Recently I was shocked when I saw two very young sisters at a pool in swimsuits - one was about nine years old and the other was around thirteen. Neither one of them appeared to be overweight, but both of them had cellulite on their upper hips and thighs. How is it possible for a nine year old to have cellulite? “Counterfeit Estrogen” – that is from their milk, yogurt, fast food hamburgers, etc. Don’t even get me started on the children.
Let me make this clear… you’re eating estrogen in food and your own body is multiplying it and it will only get worse if you continue on the same path. You need to know which foods to avoid. You also need to know which foods to add that will detox you quickly and strip that excess estrogen – the fat storing hormone! And if you want to accelerate your fat loss around your thighs, hips and buttocks, then take the supplements that I took to detox and to burn fat. Find out more here.
It’s time to lose weight! Let’s strip that fat together!
