<p>These terms are traumatic to think about. If that is what you see when you look in the mirror, you&#8217;re probably only making things worse by declaring to yourself how &#8220;fat&#8221; you are. The Power of life and death are in your tongue. While the majority of overweight people are concerned about <strong>belly fat</strong>, the <strong>hips and thighs zone</strong> poses its own special weight loss challenges.</p>
<p>If your legs are out of proportion with the rest of you, I&#8217;m sure it doesn&#8217;t make you feel any better that even a beautiful armenian reality star celebrity was recently on the cover of Life and Style magazine where she was quoted as saying something like, &#8220;Yeah, I have cellulite, so what!&#8221; The reality is, stars can do something about cellulite and oversized thighs, and so can you.</p>
<p>I have good news for you, and it might take you a few minutes to even believe in this possibility, but <strong>you can trim and reshape your thighs</strong> and lose the excess lumps and bumps. I&#8217;m serious. I promise. If you are the body type that carries <strong>excess fat and weight through your hips, buttocks, and thighs</strong> your problem may not be as simple as diet and exercise. The surgeons might suggest liposuction to vaccuum the fat from those areas only to cause so much trauma that you end up with more cellulite on the surface of your skin, not to mention the thousands of dollars they&#8217;ll charge, oh and the life-risking anesthesia.</p>
<p>I can share this with authority from personal experience as <strong>I have recently lost over 4 inches from each of my thighs</strong>. Seriously! Someday I might even show you pictures. But here&#8217;s the deal&#8230; your thigh issues aren&#8217;t so much about the exercise you do or don&#8217;t do, but they are more the result of the hormones your body is producing and worse yet, the hormones you are likely consuming in your meat and dairy and even plant estrogens from soy products. And did you know that when you have fat accumulation as a result of excess estrogen, that your own fat cells begin to manufacture even more estrogen? The more you have, the more you become an <strong>out of control estrogen factory</strong>! Did I mention that <strong>estrogen is a fat storing hormone?</strong></p>
<p>So, girls with cellulite have <strong>too much estrogen</strong> floating around in their system which makes it difficult to lose weight on their thighs. That estrogen is causing fat to accumulate on the surface of your skin. Bummer. But the good news is you can start by detoxing the estrogen in your system with food and supplements. I&#8217;ll get to that info in a moment.</p>
<p>If the above describes your body, then<strong> you have an even bigger thing to be concerned about</strong>: this excess estrogen build up in your system is so toxic that it can make you more at risk for breast cancer than those who do not have this issue. So even if you like your curves, like curvy Kim claims to, you should still be aware of the consequences and the potential threat of excess estrogen, especially from external sources of estrogen. I call it <strong>&#8220;counterfeit estrogen.&#8221;</strong></p>
<p>Recently I was shocked when I saw two very young sisters at a pool in swimsuits - one was about nine years old and the other was around thirteen. Neither one of them appeared to be overweight, but both of them had cellulite on their upper hips and thighs. How is it possible for a nine year old to have cellulite? <strong>&#8220;Counterfeit Estrogen&#8221;</strong> &#8211; that is from their milk, yogurt, fast food hamburgers, etc. Don&#8217;t even get me started on the children.</p>
<p>Let me make this clear&#8230; <strong>you&#8217;re eating estrogen in food and your own body is multiplying it and it will only get worse if you continue on the same path</strong>. You need to know <strong>which foods to avoid</strong>. You also need to know which foods to add that will <strong>detox</strong> you quickly and strip that excess estrogen &#8211; the fat storing hormone!
